Block Island Day Trip

Block Island is the club's classic 'this is why we do this' trip — an hour up the coast, a short over-water leg, and you're on an island that feels a century away from the Parkway. Rent bikes at the field, ride to Mohegan Bluffs, and be back for a late lunch overlooking the runway.

The over-water segment deserves respect: life vests, altitude, and a plan. It's also the best possible excuse to finally do that flight-following habit right.
