Rev 5.1 of the MAFC Rules & Regulations is now the governing document for club operations. All members should re-read it — particularly the sections on pilot currency, aircraft-specific checkout requirements for the G1000 Skyhawk and the Diamond, RON procedures, and fuel reimbursement.
Prospective members: the Rules & Regulations are public, and reading them before you apply is part of the application process. They're the clearest picture you'll get of how a well-run club operates.
